With a mammoth (14 pages) feature on Robert “Big Sandy” Williams in the Fretboard Journal #42, we couldn’t resist hosting the rockabilly legend and his band at the our HQ for a little video shoot. The result is this tune, a Williams’ original that appeared as the b-side on their 2016 “Fine, Fine, Superfine” single.

While Williams’ plays a relatively recent Gibson acoustic on rhythm, crammed into the back of our tiny office is guitarist Ashley Kingman, playing his ’50s Magnatone Mark V through a Flotatone amp. We shot in b&w because… why not? It just seems right with artists as old school as these guys.
