Twelve Days of Fretboard: Shelby Earl
In 2012, Seattle singer-songwriter Shelby Earl seemingly came out of nowhere with a stunning debut album entitled Burn the Boats. For day two of the Twelve Days of Fretboard, we couldn't resist asking Earl to perform a tune for our cameras. She plays "Swift Arrows" off of her forthcoming 2013 release that was produced by Damien Jurado. Earl also talks about her Martin 000-16RGT, which she says is the perfect guitar fit for the sound of her voice.
