Fine Print 
All digital and print entries must be received by April 1, 2013. Winner will be responsible for any shipping charges and/or sales tax associated with the guitar, including the 8.5% sales tax if the guitar is picked up from, or shipped to, a destination in California. If the winner chooses to come to Santa Cruz Guitar Company for the consultation and/or delivery; the winner is responsible for all travel and lodging expenses. An estimation of the guitar’s delivery date will be given after consultation, once the scope of the project is determined. All customization options are based on materials availability. Employees of the Fretboard Journal and Santa Cruz Guitar Co. are not eligible to win.
