Believe it or not, the Fretboard Journal turns 5 in November! To celebrate, we’re having a concert here in Seattle created specifically for our readers. On November 3, we’ll enjoy an evening of music and conversation at Seattle’s Triple Door with Bill Frisell, Danny Barnes, the Beautiful Dreamers (Frisell’s new band) and some of our favorite local old-time musicians, the Canote Brothers. Here's your chance to ask Bill and Danny all those gear questions you've always wondered about and then hear a great set of music. Tickets available by calling the Triple Door box office at 206-838-4333 and mentioning the secret word “Fretboard.” There are two sets (one early, one late). Coming from out of town?
